with no minimum invoice value



We will only use the supplied confidential information to contact you to advise of anything that may affect your orders - before the goods are despatched.


Stock items are usually despatched within a few working days of receipt of order and payment.  We will contact you regarding any out of stock item or if there is an unusual delay in despatching the goods.


Direct sales are to trade account holders only.  All orders placed by non-account customers will be processed and delivered on behalf of a national trade distributor and invoiced at our listed trade prices.  Pro-forma invoices are available upon request.


Standard Great Britain (Mainland) delivery - £9.50 maximum (per order)

Standard UK (NI, IoW, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, IoM and Channel Islands delivery - From £15.00

Standard Ireland and other European Union delivery - from £30.00

Standard Worldwide delivery - from £45.00


Existing credit account customers via cheque or BACS payment at the end of the month following the month of invoice.

Cheque or credit/debit card payment with order - we will not debit your card until the goods are ready for despatch.


This is a business to business (B2B) website shop and the trade prices listed are exclusive of VAT.  The standard rate of VAT will be added to all UK Sterling prices and carriage costs in accordance with current regulations.  A UK VAT invoice will be issued to all customers.


All specifications, sizes, colours and descriptions are considered by us to be reasonably accurate and we cannot be held liable for slight discrepancies.


Goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty - if faulty. 

If you are unsure about the suitability of any product please telephone and discuss it with us in advance.  The delivery costs cannot be refunded if the goods are returned as unsuitable or 'no longer required'.  The purchaser is responsible for return carriage costs and a credit note or discretionary refund will be provided on undamaged goods.  A re-packing charge may apply.

All goods should be inspected prior to signing for delivery.  If the goods are delivered damaged, please refuse delivery and ask that the delivery driver returns them immediately to Kickstop.

If the goods are faulty, or have any missing fixings, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a fault develops within 12 months of purchase, please contact us to discuss return.
